1. I welcome enquiries for image prints and digital files subject to the terms, conditions and pricing as set out on this page, and as may be amended from time to time.
2. The provision of prints and digital files made from any of these images for any other person or entity does not constitute any waiver, amendment or diminution of my ownership rights in the images. Prints and digital files are not available for images captured at venues or events in respect of which image sale is prohibited as a condition of entry, for images for which I do not otherwise have rights of sale, or for images in respect of which the image prints or image files cannot be provided to an acceptable level of resolution.
3. Images are offered strictly for private use only, and may not be published, displayed, copied, or redistributed to third parties, nor used for any business or corporate purpose whatsoever. Enquiries for editorial use or commercial rights-managed image licensing are welcome by e-mail, accessed by clicking the e-mail icon in the menu bar.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that any content from this site is copied, duplicated, published, broadcast, rewritten, redistributed or linked by any other system, whether for commercial or any other purpose by any means whatsoever, including, but not limited to the making of image prints or digital files, without my agreement, a one-time Unauthorised Use Charge of $US1,500,000 plus GST (if applicable) will apply for each and every such image, print or digital file. As described on the Copyright page, the Unauthorised Use Charge is additional to other losses, expenses, costs or damages I incur arising from unauthorised use, and for which I will also be indemnified.
5. Any prints and/or image files I agree to provide will not contain a watermark, but the images may be cropped differently to fit standard print sizes, or may not completely fill the print sizes requested. You will be advised, in advance, if the crop of any requested image will be significantly different than is shown for the image on this site.
6. Notwithstanding the provisions of any clauses on this page, image prints, related print materials and print services, and image files are provided without any warranty (whether expressed or implied) as to their fitness for any purpose.

7. The prices for prints on Canon photo paper of at least 260gsm weight in standard paper stock sizes, including postage for delivery within New Zealand and showing GST at the current rate of 15% applicable to purchasers domiciled in New Zealand, are as follows:
8. Prices for delivery of prints to overseas destinations, which do not attract GST but which may include an additional delivery charge component, will be provided and confirmed upon request. Overseas purchasers are responsible for any taxes or duties which may be imposed by their respective taxation or Customs authorities.
9. Availability of prints in A4 and A3 sizes is dependant upon the suitability of the effective resolution of the original image for enlargement.
10. Enquiries are welcome prior to ordering regarding the availability of A4 and A3 print enlargements for specific images, and/or the suitability of specific images for cropping to fit standard print sizes.

11. Pricing of image files, showing GST at the current rate of 15% applicable to purchasers domiciled in New Zealand, is as follows:

12. Orders may be submitted by e-mail by clicking the e-mail icon in the menu bar, clearly identifying the requested image(s) by reference in the relevant gallery at this website, for example: “Sport > Rugby League > Wellington Premier Grand Final 2009 > Image 5 of 12 (Henry Kemp)”
13. Subject to order acceptance, customers will be advised of the New Zealand bank account details for direct lodgement of order payment. Orders will be fulfilled and despatched promptly upon receipt and clearance of full payment.
